Description
The machine V150 is an automatic tray-packer at vertical introduction from up downwards. Most of the movements are mechanical and the format change has been conceived to be carried out in 20 minutes (except utomatic feeding).
Principle of operation
American cardboards are picked up from warehouse through suction cups that provide also to the opening and to the introduction of the cardboards between the conveyor belts. Products are picked up and deposited inside the formed cardboard or introduced through a pusher system and an elevator plate. The filled cardboard is closed using Hot-melt glue or adhesive strip.
