Description
Automatic machine suitable for cases and trays moulding with housing flap and hot-melt glue flap with commercial applicator. The machine V103 uses blank of taut paperboard, microwave and wavy cardboard and can be provided with fast format change through position indicators. There are machines with special moulding heads for cases with edge doubling, housing on the bottom. The machine V103 is partcularly suitable for packaging lines and can be combined with loading systems, box closers, packaging machines and conveyors. It is used in the food industry, oven products, icecreams and frozen foods, mechanics, spare parts, plastics, etc...
Principle of operation
The blank is picked up from warehouse through suction cups. The blank is moved under the forming piston, during the translation the glue is sprinkled The forming piston is activated and through the hopper it shape the case.
