Description
Completely automatic machine suitable to wrap small and medium size parallelepiped products with the use of heatsealable materials from reel such as: PVC, CELLOPHANE, PP, etc.
Thanks to its compact dimensions, ergonomic structure this machine is particularly suitable for the video, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries. The size change-over is extremely modern and functional and can be easily carried out with the use of digital indicators.
FUNCTIONING PRINCIPLE
The machine uses an elevator to transfer the product to the wrapping station. The required length of material is cut using a rotary cutter, and the material is transported using two mechanical grippers. This system ensures max. efficiency and realiability. The sealing system uses electronic temperature controllers on each sealer, and the control panel incorporates an LCD setting and diagnostic display.
