V2 engineering ha sviluppato sistemi di inscatolamento stickpack

per settore alimentare, farmaceutico e cosmetico con

abbinamento ai sistemi di conteggio della confezionatrice,

stickpack oppure con alimentazioni automatiche di nostra

fabbricazione.

Abbiamo maturato esperienze nelle segunti applicazioni:

1) inserimento alla rinfusa in astuccio display;

2) inserimento ordinato in astuccio, anche con flip-top;

3) inserimento con stratificazione (a mezzo pick & place) in

display-box.

Velocità di produzione:

fino a 50/60 astucci/min.

A seconda della composizione e tipologia stickpack.

V2Engineering has developed specific systems dedicated to the

packing of stickpacks for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic

field linked to the counting systems of the stickpacks machine

or with automatic feeding system of our own construction.

In the course of the years we have gained a significant experience

for the following applications:

1) loaded in bulk in cartons or display boxes;

2) organized loading in standard or flip-top closing system

cartons;

3) loading in stacks (with the use of pick &place system) within

display boxes.

Capacity:

up to 50/60 cartons/min.
